Recently the corporate training manager at a large international building materials company reached out to IAC wanting technical training on baghouses, dust collectors, and other process equipment for their cement products division’s maintenance and operation teams.

In the past they’d used another company for this training, but found the presentations too generic to be worthwhile, and wanted a company that could tailor the training to the types of equipment at their site locations. The problem they had was that the current lock downs, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, did not allow for on-site training sessions nor an initial, pre-training equipment walk-through by IAC’s service experts.

The first set of training seminars were so successful that the company requested additional dates and classes.  IAC is now creating a virtual training library for the customer’s continued use. As an additional beneft, several of IAC’s expert service crew members are bi-lingual, so meaningful presentations can be created in English or Spanish.
