Therefore, we are happy to announce that IAC has added 3D laser scanning to the industrial engineering and construction services we offer.  Dubbed "ProSIA", for See-It-All, our trained staff will use 3D laser scanning equipment to create a point cloud model of the job site. This model is used to create accurate engineering, equipment, and construction plans, which limit redesign in the engineering process, saving both money and time for our clients.

IAC’s Vice President of Engineering, Tristan Trupka, recently was a guest on the podcast, “Dust Safety Science”. After a successful Baghouse 101 In-Plant Seminar was given by IAC’s Director of Business Development, IAC began working with an industrial sand plant to find the cause of a recent decrease in their productivity. IAC was then hired to complete an Engineering Inspection of the facility by IAC’s Plant Optimization team of engineers. The team formed an extensive report outlining the issues the customer was having and provided solution options.

The IAC Special OPS team was called to support an in-basin Frac Sand plant in order to evaluate and optimize a rotary dryer. The dryer was not tailored to the real world infeed conditions and therefore unable to support the production output targets.

In front of a large opening day crowd at the 2019 North American Frac Sand Exhibition and Conference, IAC launched its new Special Ops program.
